In March the RI-ProT team was excited to have the first meeting with the project’s Advisory Board. This group of international experts brings together significant knowledge and experience in the fields of responsible innovation, alternative proteins and technologies, sustainability transitions, food systems, nutrition science and assessment methodologies. The role of the Board is to act as ‘critical friends’ of the project, reviewing project plans and progress, as well as giving insights and advice on how it can have the biggest impact. In this first session, the Advisory Board members provided the research team with valuable feedback on the project activities so far, and the plans for the coming months.
