Focus Groups
To explore how people envision the future of food, RI-ProT is organizing focus groups with citizens. These conversations will invite participants to share their ideas about what we might eat in the future, reflect on their expectations and concerns about new food technologies, and discuss what responsibility in food innovation could entail.
The aim is to capture a diversity of perspectives and experiences, ensuring that public values and concerns are included. By engaging with citizens, RI-ProT aims to anticipate societal needs, foster inclusion, and initiate dialogue about what a sustainable and responsible food future should look like.
Insights from the focus groups will complement the project’s other activities and will be shared through open publication to help guide responsible innovation across the food sector.
