Members of the project team will participate at the Innovation Forum for 'Alternative Protein Sources in Rural Areas', which is hosted by Lower Saxony's Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection and the Marketing Association of Lower Saxony's Agricultural and Food Industry, in Vechta. 

The innovation forum ‘Alternative Protein Sources in Rural Areas’ aims to to highlight these current developments within the field of alternative protein production, demonstrate how they work and their potential, and discuss together where the limits lie and where opportunities exist in practice.
