Teaching at UNA Europa Summer School on Sustainable Food Systems

In June 2025, Dagmara Weckowska taught a session at the UNA Europa Summer School on Sustainable Food Systems, hosted in Helsinki. The session, titled "Innovation and Protein Transitions: From Business as Usual to Desirable Futures" explored the role of innovation in shifting protein production and consumption toward more sustainable futures.
The summer school provided a valuable platform for international exchange and collaboration among UNA Europa universities, and fostered insightful discussions on themes at the heart of the RI-ProT project, such as system change, food innovation, and sustainable protein transitions
