Harry Hoffmann Presented RI-ProT Work At Futures Thinking Impact Fields Workshop
News from Feb 26, 2026
The RI-Prot project was presented yesterday by Dr. Harry Hoffmann during the Futures Thinking Impact Fields workshop of the Bosch Alumni Network. The aim was to gather direct feedback from experts on Futures Thinking methods. In addition to contributions focusing on embedding Futures Thinking approaches in the context of humanitarian aid, Harry Hoffmann broadened the scope of the workshop by presenting a concrete tool, developed by project team members Dagmara Weckowska, Cornelia Rauh, Luise Lallinger and Rosalyn Old, designed to visualize different future scenarios for innovations in the field of alternative proteins. The core of his presentation centered on the newly developed innovation radar created within the project, as well as on the results of the Policy Lab, which aims to identify so-called leverage points, that is, areas where policy action can have the greatest impact.
The subsequent discussion focused primarily on the practical applicability of the innovation radar and on strategies to accelerate the protein transition.
