From raw material suppliers to plant-based innovators and fermentation pioneers, the session titled “Alternative Proteins – Shape Responsible Futures” invites participants to reflect on innovation blind spots, emerging challenges, and potential risks on the road to food protein transition. By uniting diverse perspectives, the workshop aims to uncover both shared and sector-specific development hurdles. Through collaborative digital board tools, participants will co-create insights that contribute to a more responsible and future-oriented innovation landscape.
